At IronPeak Canopies, we are committed to providing durable, high-quality aluminium ute canopies designed to withstand the toughest conditions. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a warranty that guarantees protection against visible structural damage, ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers visible structural defects in your aluminium ute canopy due to manufacturing or material defects under normal use. If your canopy experiences any structural issues, we will provide repair or replacement as detailed below.
Warranty Duration:
The warranty is valid for 15 months from the date of purchase.
What is Covered:
Visible structural damage to the aluminium frame or body of the canopy, caused by manufacturing defects or material failure under normal usage.
Defects in the welding, seams, or fasteners affecting the structural integrity of the canopy.
What is Not Covered:
Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
Impact or collision-related damage, such as dents, scratches, or cracks from external forces.
Wear and tear.
Damage caused by environmental factors, such as exposure to harsh weather, chemicals, or saltwater corrosion.
Any modifications, alterations, or repairs made to the canopy without prior approval from IronPeak Canopies.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at ironpeakcanopies@gmail.com within the warranty period. When submitting your claim, include the following details:
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).
Clear photographs showing the visible structural damage.
A description of the issue and how it was identified.
Product serial number (if applicable).
Once we receive your claim, our team will assess the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a repair or replacement. If a replacement is required, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged product.
Limitations of Liability:
The warranty covers only visible structural defects as outlined above. IronPeak Canopies is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the canopy. This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
